Donations

Joanne and I went to UP Manila, College of Pharmacy earlier this morning to help other volunteers in sorting out the donated clothes...

First, nagkita kami ni Joanne sa Mcdo, Pedro Gil... Then we went to 7-11 to buy noodles, biscuits and some canned goods... After that we helped na sa CP... I brought some blankets rin pala... Then yun, tumulong kami na mag-sort out ng mga clothes... Mas madaming donated clothes kaysa sa foods... =(

Ang masama pa, some of the clothes/ blankets ay hindi naman magagamit, like yung mga butas butas na damit... =(

Anyway, it's nice to help naman... Masarap sa feeling kapag nakatulong ka in your own little way... =)

Book Fair

- went to SMX last Friday with my COMM groupmates...

A Share of My World

... a toxic and stressful one...

Every night I am studying and doing some school stuffs- requirements that never seem to end...

But even though my life's like that and even though at times I feel like giving up, God has always been there for me, strengthening me and giving me reasons to fight... =)

Earlier this morning, God's message for me is to face problems with joy. He wants me to know that I have him in my life so I should not be discouraged... every challenge brings a lesson that will make me stronger... =)

If you guys also face challenges, please pray to God and give him all your worries. Ask him for wisdom...

Get your Bible and read James 1: 2-8... It will help you look at your problems in a very different way... =)

Okay... So last week, I said that I may have 4 exams on September 19. Guess what? It's now down to two... Haha! And I have the feeling that the other exam will also be cancelled... Haha! My prayers were answered. Truly, God is good! =D


Anyway, I'm now using polyvore. And I now have two sets. I used to have three but my first set was deleted... *stupid me* hehe...

September 19, 2009 - The End of Me

Yes guys, on September 19 I will die... Oh dear! I just found out that I may have four major exams on that date- Ph Ch 125, Ph Ch 125.1, Chem 18 and Physics 51. See? Those subjects are hell. Waaah! Okay, so maybe I'm just exaggerating but... but... Oh dear! I want to cry! =( Hopefully, Ph Ch 125.1 and Physics 51 will be move to another date. Waaaah! Let's all pray... =(

My Sister's Keeper

Aaah... This book is so amazing. It made me smile and cry at the same time... It is about family relationship especially between two sisters (hence, the title.. hehe..). But it is not purely about family because it also has a little romance... Though the whole story is more on the serious side, it doesn't lack humor. In fact, I find some scenes funny. =D What I like more about the book is that the story was told from the different points of view, so you will really understand how the character feels.


I'll give this book a grade of 100. A must-read book. It really is heart-warming and full of lessons especially to the parents. =D Jodi Picoult is a really great author.


I didn't get to watch the movie... =(
