2010

New Year nanaman. May this new year be a good one not just for me and my family but also for every people...

2009 has been great. Yes, there were sad moments and experiences but it helped me realize certain things about life. This year I've learned a lot of things and I can say that I somehow grew personally, spiritually and mentally... God has been and will always be good to me... And so this coming 2010, I am putting my trust in Him...

This new year I'll try to be a good servant of our Lord. I'll also do my best in school. I'll love myself more. And I'll try my best not to spend too much. hehe..

I hope everyone will have a good day... a good year ahead...

God bless you =)

Maytinis 2009

Merry Christmas

It’s Christmas. This special day we celebrate Christ’s birth, his coming to our world to save us from our sins. Looking at our society now, is Jesus still the center of this once-a-year celebration?

We all know that December 25 is not the exact date that Christ was born. Nobody knows the exact date, but that is not important. What’s important is that we remember his birth and God’s love for us. Christmas is the season of giving and loving. According to John 3: 16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life.”; everything happened because of God’s love. He sent his only Son and sacrificed him just to have us saved. God commands us to love our fellowmen without expecting anything in return. Giving joy to others, being kind to them and letting Jesus shine in our hearts- those are the true meanings of Christmas. It’s not about the material things we give or receive, it is the love we are giving and receiving.

This season, I pray that every believer of Christ will have a good time. May God’s love and blessings be upon them as they celebrate this wonderful time of the year. May God and Jesus be glorified! =D

May all of you have a blessed Christmas =D

Oh yes, malapit na ang Pasko. And I pray that people will not forget what Christmas is all about. It is the season of giving and loving. Just as God gave His Son because of his constant LOVE for us. =) Advance Merry Christmas everyone. Do not forget to thank God for His wonderful blessings.. =D

Start of Christmas Break

December 17, 2009:
-woke up at around 6 am to prepare for Physics 52 exam
Ayun, after the exam sumakit ang ulo ko. Sana pumasa ako... =)

-ate lunch at Abbie's place with Abbie (of course), Tao, Trisha, Daryl, Daph and Popoy.
Nag-supermarket muna kami then nagluto SILA ng food namin.. (I don't know how to cook, poor me!) We also watched Not Another Teen Movie and Sex in the City. Hindi namin natapos yung Sex in the City because we have to go to CP for our lantern parade. =)

-UPM lantern parade
We arrived at CP. Lahat ng participants ng parade nakapila na. Hehe.. We got our college t-shirts and joined the other block i. The parade was very tiring yet fun. Pagdating sa Oblation Garden sa PGH, ayun, wala na kaming energy... but it was really really fun... =D

-Happy time with Block I
We ate our dinners, nagbonding, nagkantahan and of course nagpictur-an... =D mag-11 na ata nung umalis kami dun.

Then nagpunta naman kami sa Relations Bar and Restaurant sa Malate. At doon ipinagpatuloy ang kasiyahan. Uminom sila... Ako? Konti lang... Hehe... Kumanta sina Abbie and Carlo... Nag-inuman sila... At nag-inuman sila... Haha...

We ordered our breakfast sa Jollibee... At natulog ulit... =D Nakauwi ako ng dorm ng around 8:30 in the morning ng inaatake ng allergy sa alcoholic drinks... =)

...

Haaay! =) Sana next time maulit ulit kasi super saya! =)

Here are some of the pictures grabbed from Joanne:

There you go... =)
Kahit madaming reading assignments this break, I am hoping for a happy Christmas... =) Enjoy everyone. God bless. And don't you forget the real reason for celebrating this holiday- our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ... =)
